Sonya: my customer!

spending the first hours of this marathon with my customer, walking her through my store I realize she is older than me ... but not much younger than me. She has grand kids! She drives a Toyota or a Honda, she values tradition, enjoys a good read ... she is most likely in the teaching or the medical profession ... if she's on the net, she there to keep up with her grown children/grand children .... most of my ideal customers do not conduct business on the net, although a small percentage do and many will. She is waiting for me ... she likes attention but not to much, cause this is one busy grand ... she works outside the home & her time is valuable. This customer needs some regular old snail mail coupled with an email with a direct call to action, the only games she plays are with her grands.
